On January 17, 2024, Moorings Park Grande Lake broke ground on the site for its new assisted living with memory support building, which is projected to open in the first quarter of 2026. This building will house some of the largest, most technologically advanced residences in the country, as years of healthcare expertise and forward-thinking manifests in this project.
At both Moorings Park and Moorings Park at Grey Oaks, assisted living with memory support residences offer certified, compassionate care centered around providing Simply the Best® facilities and services to residents and members of the Southwest Florida community. Moorings Park Communities is excited to bring this same level of expertise to their newest Life Plan Community, Moorings Park Grande Lake.
“This marks the beginning of a stronger future for the entirety of Moorings Park Communities,” said CEO and President Dan Lavender. “This site is a clear investment into the health and well-being of our residents, something that we have always put at the forefront of our innovation. I’m looking forward to seeing this building take shape and for the incredible things it will do for our community.”
