Moorings Park will delight your palate with a variety of Simply the Best® dining options. Our chefs rotate menus seasonally with a focus on bringing our residents fresh local ingredients served in our casual and fine dining venues.

The stylish Park Grill, with its bar and lounge area, as well as patio for outdoor dining is a popular gathering spot for our residents each and every day. Trio Restaurant embodies three dining experiences wrapped into one space: a cozy private dining room with fireplace, a bustling bar and bistro and a covered lakefront terrace. Fresh seasonal foods, innovative yet classic cuisine and artfully crafted food and wine pairings are served with style in Trio.

The Internet Café, located in The Center for Healthy Living, features light, healthy fare. Sip a smoothie after a work-out in the Fitness Center or grab a cappuccino or frozen yogurt before an event in our state-of-the-art Sheffield Theatre.

Private dining rooms are also available in several locations on the Moorings Park campus. Don't feel like going out? No problem, Moorings Park provides meal service in the comfort of your home. Pick it up or we'll deliver it to your doorstep.

Residence design & move-in coordination

Moorings Park offers residents the ability to personalize their new home in Moorings Park’s Selection Studio. Trained professionals can help you make design selections such as: flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, and appliances. Plus, we can aid you in the selection of wall color paint, as well as lighting and electrical.

Additionally, our staff can provide you with a list of preferred vendors to help make your move as seamless as possible. Once you are on campus, our professional staff and residents are here to welcome you and acclimate you to your new home and your new community.

Moorings Park is a Life Plan Community (formerly known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community) which is a residential community offering a long-term contract providing maintenance-free living, dining, wellness services and future assistance for changing healthcare needs. Residents in a Life Plan Community enjoy an active, independent lifestyle, while at the same time knowing that quality healthcare is available should the need arise. Embracing its surrounding natural beauty, Moorings Park encompasses 83 acres and includes 6 different neighborhoods with a variety of independent living residences. Moorings Park is also home to Orchid Terrace, a state-of-the-art Assisted Living /Memory Care center, and the Chateau Skilled Nursing and Memory Care Center, as well as a beautiful Clubhouse, Bower Chapel, The Center for Healthy Living, Lyon Park and more.

What Levels of care are available?

Moorings Park offers unlimited on-site Assisted Living and Memory Care at Orchid Terrace, should the need arise. These services are included in the monthly fee. Should you require Rehabilitative Services or Skilled Nursing Care, residents of Moorings Park receive services provided by The Chateau®, a Medicare-certified, five-star-rated skilled nursing center. Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing services are also available to members of the general public on a month-to-month basis.

What type of residences are available?

Residences in Moorings Park’s original campus are available in 6 different neighborhoods. From charming one-bedroom homes to residences of over 5,000 square feet, most of the homes at Moorings Park are located just steps away from either the Clubhouse, The Center for Healthy Living or Bower Chapel.

What are the advantages of Moorings Park’s campus?

Moorings Park’s original campus is located within the city limits of Naples on 83 acres of lakes, gardens and preserves. The community is just minutes from hospitals, the upscale shopping and dining districts of Naples, as well as the area’s famed sugar-sand beaches. Independent Living residents enjoy on-site concierge healthcare and exceptional activities and programs designed to enrich the mind, body and spirit, while those in need of Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing services will find them located on campus.

Are meals included?

Yes. Your monthly service package includes an exceptional dining program that affords members the flexibility to dine in one of our beautifully appointed restaurants, including the main dining room, Park Grill, Internet Café and Trio Restaurant. For those members who enjoy cooking in the comfort of their own home, your residence is equipped with a gourmet kitchen so you can continue to prepare your own meals and entertain family and friends. Members may also order take-out and in-home meal delivery.

How can I secure a residence at Moorings Park?

Your first step should be to make an appointment with one of our Sales Associates. They will review with you the benefits, advantages, availability of residences and membership opportunities (waitlist) for prioritized access. Once a residence becomes available and you have made your selection, a deposit is required.
