It shouldn’t be too long now before heavy equipment and construction crews can be seen on the site of Moorings Park Grande Lake. That’s because, as of mid-March, the Life Plan Community surpassed the half way point of the developer’s Phase 1 sales goal. Currently, 60 percent of the initial luxury mid-rise residences have been sold, with interest in living at Moorings Park Grande Lake growing daily.
