The construction of the last Mid-Rise residential building at Moorings Park has been completed and its first residents have moved in.
The general contractor for the project was Suffolk Construction. The other team members included design consultants, BSSW, the interior design firm of Wegman Design Group, and the civil engineering and land planning firm of Davidson Engineering.
Construction on the 78,816-square-foot building, which has a total of 18 luxury residences, began in Spring 2016. All 18 of the two- and –three-bedroom plus den residences were sold in less than six weeks from the launch of the sales effort.
The three buildings of Mid-Rise Residences are located within a park-like setting which features expansive green spaces, botanical gardens, bubbling fountains, benches surrounded by tropical plants ideal for relaxing or reveling in the sunshine, and even a little foot bridge.
In addition, the residents of Mid-Rise II are within walking distance of all the amenities Moorings Park offers.
