Phase 1 Buildings Continue to Take Shape at Grande Lake

Late last year the construction began on the three buildings in Phase 1 at Moorings Park Grande Lake, the new Life Plan (CCRC) community being developed by the premier provider of active retirement living in Southwest Florida, Moorings Park, and the highly respected company, London Bay Development Group.
As of early May, all three buildings are approximately 30 percent complete and remain on schedule to be finished in Spring 2020.

In Building G, the largest of the three buildings and the closest to the community’s clubhouse, the concrete plank flooring has been installed through the 4th floor and the floor framing has been started on the 3rd floor. The mechanical rough-ins are 50 percent complete.

In Buildings H and I, located immediately to the west of Building G, the concrete plank flooring has also been installed through the 4th floor, while the floor framing has been completed on the 2nd floor. The mechanical rough-ins are 25 percent complete.

Phase 1 consists of 47 residences in the three buildings. A few outstanding residences in the first phase remain available.

Those who purchase in the first phase will receive a social membership to Naples Grande Golf Club, located within walking distance of Moorings Park Grande Lake. The membership takes effect the moment residents take occupancy of their home and until such time as the Moorings Park Grande Lake Clubhouse is completed.

The membership includes golfing privileges on Naples Grande Golf Club’s 18-hole championship golf course, as well as dining options in Naples Grande’s elegant clubhouse.

In addition, residents have access to Naples Grande Beach Resort and its Har-Tru tennis courts, fitness center and spa, resort-style pool and beach, and preferred pricing on hotel rooms and dining.

Phase 2, also with breathtaking lake and golf course views, was released for sale at the beginning of the year and consists of 23 residences.

“The first two buildings in our second phase are close to the clubhouse,” said Steven Brinkert, Vice President of Resident Services for Moorings Park. “And, except for one penthouse, the floor plans are the popular Brook model, which features a magnificent great room, master bedroom and bath separated from the guest suites, as well as private elevators that lead into residents’ private vestibules. We think it’s a tremendous value.”

Entrance fees at Moorings Park Grande Lake start at $1.5 million and are 70 percent refundable. Assisted Living, Memory Care and concierge healthcare are included.

Located on the south side of Golden Gate Parkway, between Airport-Pulling and Livingston roads, the pet-friendly Moorings Park Grande Lake will combine one-of-a-kind vistas of magnificent lakes and championship golf with luxury homes and exceptional healthcare.
