Moorings Park at Grey Oaks announced a limited number of Phase III and Phase IV residences remain available at the Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) now under construction at the corner of Airport-Pulling Road and Golden Gate Parkway in Naples. “The Perla plan provided an opportunity for us to work with an entire floor,” said Lori Wegman, ASID, IIDA, and principal at Wegman Design Group. “Our intention was to create a flowing plan with two primary areas – the more public living areas that are conducive to entertaining, and the personal spaces that provide privacy even while hosting out of town guests. It was important to have grand spaces for entertaining as many of the future residents at Moorings Park at Grey Oaks are accustomed to entertaining on a regular basis. Many of them are also accustomed to having two separate his and her studies. The master suite will include a library/study in addition to the study that is adjacent to the master bedroom’s double-door entry. The plan’s wide gallery hallways convey a sense of easy circulation within the home. A second hallway that includes the powder bath, butler’s pantry, laundry and storage closets also connects the living and private areas. The plan is very flexible in that the different spaces can be used in a variety of ways depending on the owners’ lifestyle and how the spaces are furnished.”
As planned, the Phase III residences will overlook the Viridian Gardens, one of three 80,000 square feet gardens included on the Moorings Park at Grey Oaks campus designed by JRL Landscape Design Studios of Naples. Plans call for the Viridian Gardens to provide an open green space adjacent to the community's Grande Place. Plans call for the design's open multi-purpose lawn areas to be finished with finely textured grasses intended to host a variety of activities, including bocce ball and lawn bowling. An arbor in the center of the green space is designed to provide a gathering place. Scheduled for construction in Phase IV, Grande Place is slated to include the community's clubhouse, the Center for Healthy Living, an Extended Congregate Care Licensed Assisted Living Center and Memory Care Center.
In addition to the Phase III Perla residence, a limited number of the thirteen Phase IV Residences at Grande Place remain available. Over 50% of the Residences at Grande Place have been sold.
