Further, 92.2% of respondents would select Moorings Park again, a number that exceeds the Benchmark by 9.9%.
Other factors significantly above the Holleran Benchmark included the following:
“The mission of every associate at Moorings Park is to continuously improve the quality of the continuum of care and service we provide to each of our residents,” said Moorings Park CEO Dan Lavender. “Our residents are the truest barometer of our success in that regard, and because it is resident based, the Holleran survey provides an extremely valuable measurement of our efforts. We are pleased to have exceeded Holleran’s National Benchmark comparisons in 36 categories. We are particularly gratified by the Highest Honor designation received in the Overall Satisfaction category, and by the number of respondents who would not only choose Moorings Park again, but would also recommend Moorings Park to a friend or family member.”
