Moorings Park, a Continuing Care Retirement Community located at 120 Moorings Park Drive in Naples, announced it has received Highest Honors in 5 categories and significantly exceeded National Benchmark comparisons in a total of 36 categories in a resident satisfaction survey completed by Holleran. Located in Mountville, Pennsylvania, Holleran has been serving the Senior Living field for two decades by providing satisfaction and engagement research, organizational assessments, leadership evaluations, and focus group facilitation to many of the largest and most progressive not-for-profit providers in the country. Holleran largely specializes in partnerships with the Continuing Care Retirement Community sector through its employee, resident, family satisfaction, and engagement research.
Holleran’s National Benchmarks are based on a regularly updated proprietary database and reflects surveys undertaken during the past 24 months in 256 communities in 36 states. The database contains more than 57,900 Independent Living surveys. Conditions for Highest Honor designation include an Overall Satisfaction rating in the 70th percentile or higher, factors that are significantly above the Holleran National Benchmark and in the 90th percentile, and a response rate of at least 70%.
Holleran’s Moorings Park survey was conducted between March 2 and March 16 of this year. The results reflected responses from 369 of the community’s 521 current residents, a response rate of 70.8%. Moorings Park exceeded the Highest Honor conditions in the Overall Satisfaction, Availability of Suitable Resident Activities, Overall Satisfaction with Clubhouse Dining, Visual Appeal of Meals, and Effectiveness of Rehabilitation Services as Provided by The Chateau categories. In addition, 94.6% of respondents indicated they would recommend Moorings Park to a friend or relative, a number that exceeds the Holleran National Benchmark by 9%. Further, 92.2% of respondents would select Moorings Park again, a number that exceeds the Benchmark by 9.9%.
