An increasing amount of activity is taking place at Moorings Park Grande Lake, Naples’ newest Life Plan Community being developed by Moorings Park in partnership with esteemed luxury custom home builder and developer London Bay Homes.
Located on a 55-acre site, on the south side of Golden Gate Parkway, between Airport-Pulling and Livingston roads, Moorings Park Grande Lake will combine one-of-a-kind vistas of magnificent lakes and championship golf with luxurious residences and exceptional healthcare.
In anticipation of construction starting on the residential buildings in the community’s first phase, sometime in the near future, crews are currently onsite preparing the construction entrance and installing other needed infrastructure.
Moorings Park Grande Lake will consist of luxurious mid-rise residences, including spacious penthouses. Prices start at $1.4 million with 70 percent refundable entrance fees.
