London Bay Homes’ Design Studio team was responsible for the initial concept design for Moorings Park Grande Lake, a Life Plan community featuring luxurious mid-rise residences and spacious penthouses. The initial concept design included site layout, which includes landscaped walking trail, a butterfly garden, a yoga pavilion and shaded bird-watching areas – to name a few, as well as residential floor plans.
