Just weeks after announcing Moorings Park Grande Lake, Naples’ newest Life Plan (CCRC) community, had surpassed the 60 percent mark of the developer’s Phase 1 sales goal, the number of sales jumped another 20 percent. The community and sales gallery, located on the south side of Golden Gate Parkway, between Airport-Pulling and Livingston roads, is very popular with the next generation of residents and could be under construction by later this summer.
