With the completion of third and final Mid-Rise II building, which consists of just 18 new home, the neighborhood known as Mid-Rise Residences is complete. The location of the building, which overlooks a golf course, and the size of the residences were just two of the reasons the Mid-Rise II building sold out in less than six weeks from the launch of the sales effort.
