Moorings Park Communities Celebrates Topping Off of New Five-Star Clubhouse at Moorings Park Grande Lake

Moorings Park Communities celebrated the topping off of the new resort-inspired Clubhouse located on the Moorings Park Grande Lake campus, Naples’ premier Life Plan Community. 

Situated on 55 acres in the heart of Naples and overlooking a 28-acre lake, as well as the Naples Grande Golf and Beach Resort, Moorings Park Grande Lake offers a variety of residences, including stunning penthouse-style homes and unparalleled healthcare services. Serving as the epicenter of the luxury community, the new Clubhouse elevates the senior living lifestyle with a robust offering of premier five-star amenities featuring both casual and fine dining venues, including a poolside Bistro as well as a lakefront resort-style pool and cabanas. The seven-story, 223,043-square-foot tower will also feature 16 Clubhouse Residences located directly above the Clubhouse. Featuring two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 3,331 to 3,566 square feet under air, the Clubhouse Residences showcase open floor plans ideal for entertaining friends and family, enhanced by stunning lake and golf course views from every residence. 

The Center for Healthy Living will be located on the third floor of the Clubhouse. The Center is home to the community’s concierge doctors, rehabilitation services, as well as the Care 360 concierge healthcare program, which was developed in partnership with NCH Healthcare System. Offering a higher level of personalized primary care, Care 360 services are provided to residents at no additional fees, other than co-pays.  Assisted Living and Memory Care services are also included with residency should they ever be needed.

The Clubhouse is being developed in partnership with national construction company Suffolk, award-winning Wegman Design Group, BSSW Architects and development consulting group Plante Moran.

The overall theme of the Clubhouse, according to Lori Wegman, Founder of Wegman Design Group and lead interior designer for the Clubhouse, takes its inspiration from the connection between the community’s Grande Lake and the nature that surrounds it. Organic shapes and patterns, natural materials, textures and colors will all be utilized to create an overall ambience that is light, relaxed and casual, but at the same time, rich and dynamic. Water and fire elements will provide a Ying and Yang feeling throughout.

Residents will also enjoy a lakeside yoga pavilion on the east side of the property along with a boardwalk and pier that overlook the 28-acre Grande Lake.

While the Clubhouse isn’t scheduled for completion till fall 2021, brisk sales have led to more than one-third of the Clubhouse Residences nearly sold, as well as almost all residences sold throughout Phase 1 and Phase 2 at Moorings Park Grande Lake. Units range in size from 2,210 square feet to 3,230 square feet. The project will include a total of 299 units of which 275 are reserved for Independent living occupancy and 24 are reserved for assisted living and memory care.

Entrance fees at Moorings Park start at $1.5 million, and are 70 percent refundable. Assisted Living, Memory Care and Concierge Physician services are all included in the monthly service package.
