The planned central focus of the Aqua Gardens’ design is a 30-by-50 foot European vanishing edge swimming pool flanked by reflective linear water features slated to be lined with flowering trees. A multitiered tropical water feature surrounded by palms and plantings with fragrances, including ginger, gardenias, confederate jasmine and Ylang Ylang trees, are the planned focal point of Jasmine Gardens. All of the plantings in the garden’s design are intended to provide nectar to attract butterflies.
Plans call for the Viridian Gardens to provide an open green space adjacent to the community’s Grande Place which includes the community’s clubhouse, the Center for Healthy Living, an Extended Congregate Care Licensed Assisted Living Center and Memory Care Center. As planned, the clubhouse will feature casual and fine dining venues, a lounge, library, fitness center, pool, spa and salon. An arbor in the center of the green space is designed to provide a gathering place. Plans call for the design’s open lawn areas to be finished with finely textured grasses intended to host a variety of activities, including bocce ball and lawn bowling.
The Moorings Park at Grey Oaks lifestyle includes a continuum of care designed to provide experiences customized to each resident right on campus.
