Construction of the Phase I, II, and III residential buildings at Moorings Park at Grey Oaks is progressing as scheduled. Four Phase I residential buildings are currently slated for completion in fourth quarter 2015.
A very limited opportunity remains available to enjoy Moorings Park at Grey Oaks’ continuum of care and active lifestyle. The remaining residences offer views either of a lushly landscaped central pedestrian and golf cart corridor lined with royal palm trees that will link the three gardens and the community's three neighborhoods, or of the Estuary at Grey Oaks golf course. Floor plan choices priced from $1.4 million provide an opportunity to transition to a spacious, elegantly appointed home in a carefree, maintenance-free environment. Each floor plan is designed to enhance the vibrant Moorings Park at Grey Oaks day-to-day living and entertaining experience.

As construction of the Moorings Park at Grey Oaks Phase I, II, and III residential buildings continues to progress on schedule, plans for Phase IV of the project are being refined. Phase IV will include the completion of the Clubhouse, the Center for Healthy Living, and the Assisted Living and Memory Care Center.
Moorings Park at Grey Oaks residents will be invited to enjoy an array of amenities at an elegant Clubhouse designed to serve as the community’s central gathering place. As planned, the Clubhouse will include a bar lounge, as well as casual and formal dining. The upscale dining room will convey a casual elegance and feature outdoor seating with appealing views. The Clubhouse Bistro will serve breakfast and lunch in a fun and inviting indoor and outdoor setting that will be ideal for socializing. A full-service spa and salon and a state-of-the-art fitness center are also planned. Various gathering rooms, including a beautiful theatre, and social spaces will be available for meetings, gaming, and private parties. In addition to recreational activities such as billiards, bridge, mahjong, card games, bocce ball and lawn bowling, a wide variety of social and cultural programs will be available in and around the Clubhouse. As planned, the programs will include seminars and presentations, group discussions, book reviews, computer classes, creative arts, entertainment programs, social hours and themed events.
