to connect to the community’s social hub.
“We’re very excited about Eagleview,” says Gina Paris, Director of Sales for Moorings Park Grande Lake. “Judging from the number of priority position deposits we’ve already received for the new building, a lot of people out there share our excitement! More than a third of the building has been spoken for since we began taking deposits for it a few weeks ago.”
Eagleview will bring unrivaled luxury to the community. Its premier residences include floor plans that are more spacious than you can find at any other retirement community in the country.
“Eagleview’s largest options include five second-floor residences with expansive private lakeside terraces,” she points out. “The terraces range from 3,424 square feet to 5,455 square feet, providing generous yards and wonderful views overlooking the lake. There will also be a half dozen dramatic four-bedroom/six-bath penthouses with a tiered design that will provide 6,300 square feet of elegant living space.
“If you’re a mover and shaker from a top-of-the-line neighborhood in nearby Port Royal, Aquiline Shores, Old Naples, or Bonita Springs, you won’t find a more spacious residence than one of the premier units in Eagleview,” she continues. “You probably shouldn’t wait too long to begin looking into this option. With less than a dozen of these premier residences being available, you’ll run the risk of missing out if you sit on the sidelines too long.”
Eagleview doesn’t just offer extraordinarily spacious floor plans … it also adds some distinctly cozier units as well.
“To this point, our most popular floor plan has been the Brook, which runs just a little under 4,000 total square feet including the lanai,” Gina explains. “It’s a great floor plan, winning a Sand Dollar award, and it’s easy to see why it was such a big hit.
“Well, Eagleview will offer a few comfortably spacious two bedroom/three bath residences of 2,626 square feet,” she says. “Eagleview will appeal to a range of lifestyles, which I think is one reason why it’s made such a big splash so quickly.”
“Regardless of which residence you pick, Eagleview residents will enjoy a prime spot on campus,” Gina points out. “The building will be right next to the Clubhouse, which is really the heart of social activity at Moorings Park Grande Lake. It houses three superb restaurants, our state-of-the-art fitness center, and the theatre where nationally-renowned musicians perform and leading scholars give their educational presentations. All of which is particularly important as you age in place.
“Eagleview will also be just a short stroll from the Naples Grande Golf Club, with its gorgeous Rees Jones-designed circuit,” she adds.
Pricing for units won’t be finalized for some time, but it’s anticipated that entrance fees will run from about $3.2 million to more than $8 million.
“The actual cost to a resident will be significantly less,” Gina explains. “The entrance fees are 70% refundable to the resident or their estate, and a portion of it is tax deductible. In addition, there are no real estate taxes or condo assessments.
“Those interested in a residence can put a hold on their preferred floor plan,” she continues. “We are accepting $50,000 fully-refundable priority position deposits (which also require a non-refundable $2,500 application fee). This will place a hold on a preferred floor plan in the order of their priority position, which is particularly important if someone is interested in one of the eleven super-premium locations.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to move to the best retirement residence in America,” she adds.
