Moorings Park, Inc. has appointed Tom Mann as its new Vice President and will oversee its three Life Plan communities in Naples, Florida: Moorings Park, Moorings Park at Grey Oaks, and Moorings Park Grande Lake.

Residents of Moorings Park, Moorings Park at Grey Oaks, as well as those who reside in the greater Naples area, can rest easy knowing that, should the need arise, Assisted Living and Memory Care services are available in Oakstone or Orchid Terrace.

Moorings Park will hold its popular Showcase of Homes on Friday, February 28, at its 83-acre campus located off Goodlette-Frank Road, just south of Pine Ridge Road. 

There’s exciting news coming from Moorings Park Grande Lake. The first three buildings in the Life Plan Community are scheduled to be completed this Spring, and its first residents can’t wait.

2020 is going to be a very busy year for Moorings Park. That’s because it will be celebrating its 40th anniversary with a number of special events.

The first three buildings at Moorings Park Grande Lake are scheduled to be completed in Spring 2020.Noting that construction on the three buildings in Phase 1 of Moorings Park Grande Lake has exceeded the 75 percent mark, community officials announced it has started construction on two of the buildings in Phase 2.
