Moorings Park’s Care 360 concierge healthcare program supports the overall commitment of Moorings Park to provide Simply the Best® amenities and services with professional and compassionate care to each person we serve. To that end, we have partnered with Naples Comprehensive Health and have successfully implemented a concierge medicine model offering patients a higher level of personalized primary care. Through this partnership, patients receive a health management and assessment program under the guidance of experienced primary care physicians who emphasize preventative care, as well as state-of-the-art fitness programs. Services are available to residents of Moorings Park’s 3 campuses at no additional fees other than typical co-pays. Non-residents, as well as Platinum and Diamond members, can elect to receive the services provided through Care 360 on a supplemental basis (additional fees will apply). Third-party billing to Medicare will occur for services when appropriate.

Coordination of care throughout the NCH Healthcare System, as well as appointments with leading area specialists as needed and preferred access to The Chateau® at Moorings Park®

Physician access to Mayo Clinic® specialists including e-consultations offering additional access to cutting-edge advances in medicine and an expanded system of care & providers
