Physical Therapy

Our Physical Therapists are licensed practitioners who engage in examination, evaluation, and treatment of our patients. Experts in relieving pain and improving mobility and motion, our therapists enable individuals to live the life they once knew and pursue their favorite activities. All our Physical Therapists have advanced training in manual therapy and kinesiology taping.

Vestibular Therapy

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapists are licensed practitioners who evaluate and treat individuals with disabilities negatively affecting meaningful and purposeful activities of daily living. Whether recovering from surgery or an injury, our trained practitioners can help patients with daily activities enabling them to live as independently as possible. Each therapist has advanced training in upper extremity conditions, including the neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand.

Home Safety Evaluations

With a doctor's order, our Occupational Therapists will provide home safety recommendations both on campus, as well as off-site. Whether you are concerned about physical environmental concerns or recommendations for a home caregiver, this service provides an opportunity for our trained professionals to see and meet "the heart of the home," facilitating quality living while keeping home safety first and foremost. Please note that this is a separate service from home healthcare and does not require the logistics of setting up a range of healthcare services.

Speech Language Pathologists

Our Speech Language Pathologists are licensed practitioners who specialize in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with swallowing and communication problems including speech production, receptive and expressive language, fluency, voice, compensatory techniques, and cognitive reeducation.

VitalStim Therapy

Our Speech Therapists are certified in VitalStim Therapy. Combining VitalStim with traditional swallowing exercises, our therapists can accelerate the rehabilitation process of restoring function and strengthening swallowing.

Lymphedema Services

Our Occupational Therapy team specializes in lymphedema services with focus on education, support and management of edema. Our trained therapists incorporate skin care, therapeutic exercise, massage as well as manual lymph drainage utilizing the Vodder technique. Services also include the use of wrapping as well as custom fitting of compression garments and pneumatic devices. Lymphedema services require a physician script before the start of therapy.
