For those who prefer to dine within the comfort of their home, our chefs are happy to prepare meals for nightly pickup or delivery. Planning a family gathering or celebration? No problem, our extensive dining services team has you covered and is happy to prepare custom menus and provide catering services.

The Architects

Complementing London Bay’s renowned in-house architectural design team, BSSW Architects Inc. was selected as a partner for the project. While London Bay’s team focused on the conceptual design of all the buildings and the overall land plan, BSSW implemented the conceptual design through the design documents and full construction drawings. For more than three decades, BSSW Architects has provided services to clients throughout Southwest Florida in both the public and private sectors. With a reputation built on innovation and performance, backed by consideration of each community’s surroundings, BSSW not only meets, but also exceeds the needs of each and every client.

The Landscape Designer

Established landscape and architectural design firm, Outside Productions Inc., was founded in May 2000 by Landscape Architect Patrick Trefz, ASLA, RLA. By focusing on workable solutions to today’s design challenges and understanding the integral role of the client in the design process, OPI produces creative designs that far exceed their client’s expectations. Their strength lies in the diversity of experience they hold in landscape architecture along with a true understanding of construction, materials, horticulture, and environmental issues of development. At Moorings Park Grande Lake, OPI works closely with the design team to enhance the land plan and bring exceptional landscape design to the project.
